A message from human resources

***WARNING BAD LANGUAGE BELOW****

It has been brought to the Department Head's attention that some Chief Petty Officer's throughout the command have been using foul language during the course of normal conversation with their Division Officers.

Due to complaints received from some Division Officers who may be easily offended, this type of language will be no longer be tolerated. We do however, realize the critical importance of being able to accurately express your feelings when communicating with Officers. Therefore, a list of "TRY SAYING" new phrases has been provided from the Officer wardroom so that proper exchange of ideas and information can continue in an effective manner.

TRY SAYING: Perhaps I can work late.
INSTEAD OF: And when the fuck do you expect me to do this?

TRY SAYING: I'm certain that isn't feasible.
INSTEAD OF: No fucking way.

TRY SAYING: Really?
INSTEAD OF: You've got to be shitting me!

TRY SAYING: Perhaps you should check with...
INSTEAD OF: Tell someone who gives a shit.

TRY SAYING: I wasn't involved in the project.
INSTEAD OF: It's not my fucking problem.

TRY SAYING: That's interesting.

INSTEAD OF: What the fuck?

TRY SAYING: I'm not sure this can be implemented.
INSTEAD OF: This shit won't work.

TRY SAYING: I'll try to schedule that.
INSTEAD OF: Why the hell didn't you tell me sooner?

TRY SAYING: He's not familiar with the issues.
INSTEAD OF: He's got his head up his ass.

TRY SAYING: Excuse me, sir?
INSTEAD OF: Eat shit and die.

TRY SAYING: So you weren't happy with it?
INSTEAD OF: Kiss my ass.

TRY SAYING: I'm a bit overloaded at the moment.
INSTEAD OF: Fuck it, I'm on salary.

TRY SAYING: I don't think you understand.
INSTEAD OF: Shove it up your ass.

TRY SAYING: I love a challenge.
INSTEAD OF: This job sucks.

TRY SAYING: You want me to take care of that?
INSTEAD OF: Who the hell died and made you boss?

TRY SAYING: I see.
INSTEAD OF: Blow me.

TRY SAYING: He's somewhat insensitive.
INSTEAD OF: He's a prick.

TRY SAYING: She's an aggressive go-getter.
INSTEAD OF: She's a ball-busting b#^$%$.

TRY SAYING: I think you could use more training.
INSTEAD OF: You don't know what the fuck you're doing.

hackey sack gone too small

I made a hackey sack, and sadly my gauge was off. *sigh* so now it is a hackey sack for babies. and working with thread was killer. I think for my next one I might work with all the dang baby yarn I got laying around and a slightly bigger hook, that size 7 ouch is all i have to say. some pics

Today wasn't my day

maybe tomorrow will be. *sigh* I am just tired and ready for this week to be done. I still am only half a chicken into my potholder, and it is calling my name to be finished.. but I can't just yet. *kicks can*.. one happy note i got an awesome deal on some hooks at hobby lobby, so I might have to go back and get some more. yay!!!! other than that not too much else happening here.. hopefully some exciting stuff will happen tomorrow.. well not too exciting.. posting a pic of my haul at hobby lobby, just because I can. lol enjoy

Exciting things happened today.

I got my ultimate book of pot holders in the mail. YAHOO!!!! and I already started working on the chicken pot holder well half of it anyway. I had to get 100 $1 bills and that was interesting to see the tellers face when i asked her. And I got my CPO select coins for dave and my dad. These coins came out awesome and I really thank Melissa for telling me about them.. so thanks Melissa ( you know who are :P) I am posting some pics of half a potholder, my book, what 100 in $1's looks like and my cool kick ass coins.. Who doesn't want to see what all those things look like?? lol.. You must because I know you are waiting around for the pics. At any rate, I am still working on my starghan and secret project for my friend. I really need to get some motivation and finish that up, its almost done I just need to have some time to sit and sew it together. Maybe sometime next week. Ughh. At any rate. I have so many WIP's right now it's a wonder I haven't gone nutso. I still have a list a mile long of things I want to try and things that I really want to do. Hopefully next year I can get cracking on that list. ha ha let me not hold my breath. Already for next year I have a huge list of things I need to get done, before summer..wait allow me a moment of craziness. lol Alright I end this post on a light note, enjoy the pics and leave comments if you wish, they make me happy. :D

3 days and a wake up

Pinning day is fast approaching. I am about ready to die over here. I am so glad this is almost over, and life can go back to semi-normal, or as normal as it gets around here. whew.. my family will be up here on wednesday so I might not update till after the pinning, but I will update.. just glad this is almost over.
